You can make Wagashi- traditional Japanese sweets- with a dough of white bean jam. Then you can relax and have a Matcha (tea) & your sweets together in a Chashitsu (tea room).

 Jouyo Manju Making

You can make traditional Japanese sweet; “Jouyo Manju - a bun with a bean jam filling-”. The ingredients of the ban are Japanese Yam potato and rice flour.
Then you can relax and have a Matcha (tea) & your sweets together in a Chashitsu (tea room).

The tea room is equipped for tea ceremonies in the same residence. 
You can have your Wagashi with a cup of Matcha tea that the instructor prepared in a traditional way.
